RIVERSIDE – A woman was struck and killed by a train crossing Tyler Street and Indiana Avenue on Friday Morning. At around 8:53 a.m. firefighters from the Riverside City Fire Department responded to the report that a woman was hit by a passing freight train. PHELAN – A 27-year-old Phelan woman was arrested for child abuse after deputies made contact with two children at their school on Monday.
