ADELANTO– Deputies are seeking information on a man that has been victimizing residents of Hesperia, Victorville, and Adelanto. He has been driving slowly alongside females exposing his penis to the victims.

On January 18, 2017, Sheriff Deputies received reports of a red Honda driving repeatedly up and down the roadways in the south end of the City of Adelanto. Deputies shared these reports with other agencies that they were actively looking for this vehicle.

On Thursday, March 3, 2017, a report came in regarding a red Honda that involved a male suspect, later identified as Oscar Daniel Delcid, 27 years-of-age, a resident of Adelanto. A reporting party stated that they saw Delcid holding his penis outside of his clothing as he sat in his vehicle.

Deputies arrested Delcid on the 15300 block of Fremont Dr in the City of Adelanto, where he was booked at High Desert Detention Center, where he was released pending an appearance in court.
