APPLE VALLEY, CA.- The family of a missing 14-year- old runaway Apple Valley girl have reason to believe she may now be in danger.
Shayleigh Oros has run away from home before but this time her mother is even more concerned. “I’m worried sick, please help, she doesn’t believe me of the dangers out in this world,” said her mother, Erica Grams. “She thinks I just don’t want her to have fun but I’m protecting her from all the bad people out there.”
Erica said that Shayleigh lies about her age and likes to hang out with older males. Shayleigh Left her Apple Valley home with an unknown person sometime on Monday, July 5, 2021. On Wednesday her mother received an Instagram message that simply said, “mom, help” from Shayleigh.
Her family describes Shayleigh as around 5’4, 120 pounds, She has shoulder length blonde hair, and brown eyes. She has a nose and belly button ring.
Sightings have been reported in parts of Arizona, Moreno Valley and in the High Desert. Shayleigh does not have her own cell phone. The incident has been reported to authorities who are also involved in the search. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts should call 911 or her mother at 760-552-1777.
