HIGHLAND – The Highland Police Department is asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 23-year-old Highland man. Jacob Bolter was last seen at his Highland home on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at around 7:00 p.m. in the 7400 block of Sequoia Lane in the City of Highland.
Bolter is described 5’10”, 160 pounds, long brown hair, and facial hair. He was last seen wearing black shorts, a white t-shirt, and was carrying a black backpack. “Bolter frequents the hiking trails in East Highlands Ranch and the foothills near Plunge Creek,”Sheriff’s officials said. “He may be wearing black shorts, white T-shirt and carrying a black backpack.”
