LANCASTER, Calif. – Authorities are asking for the public’s help to locate a missing 17-year-old boy.

Andrew Kelly is a white male who was last seen in the West Lancaster area on Tuesday, June 4, 2019, at around 10:00 p.m. Andrew is 6’ tall, 200 pounds, has short brown hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black pants. Andrew has no history of running away.
