PALM SPRINGS – No arrests have been made after a stabbing at a Palm Springs Arco AmPm located in the 1700 block of East Vista Chino.
Authorities are looking for a Hispanic man who was wearing all black clothing and a baseball-style hat that stabbed the store employee and a second male victim on Thursday, May 17, 2018, at around 11:48 a.m. According to the Palm Springs Police officials, the incident began as a verbal altercation between a customer and a clerk inside the store. The altercation escalated and the two went outside where a second customer got involved.
The suspect pulled a knife out and stabbed both the store clerk and the male customer. Both of the victims were rushed to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. The suspect fled on foot and still has not been identified or arrested at this time. No further information is available for release.
