VICTORVILLE, Ca. – Authorities are looking for any victims of a transient who was arrested for violation of his parole.
Cyrus Cook, 39, was arrested after Victorville deputies conducted a pedestrian check on Monday, August 19, 2019. During a record check on Cook was found to have an outstanding warrant for a violation of felony parole. Cook was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for violation.
Deputies were made aware that a social media post and a photo of Cook at a gas station on the corner of La Paz Drive. The post indicated that Cook had been looking at young girls inside of vehicle at the location and was masturbating. Cook has a previous convictions for attempted robbery and possession of a controlled substance.
