BAKERSFIELD, Ca. – Authorities are asking for the public’s help to locate a carjacking and kidnapping suspect.
On March 23, 2020, at around 3:10 p.m., the female victim was sitting inside her vehicle parked in the 4200 block of Ming Avenue when the suspect got into the driver’s seat of the vehicle. He demanded that the victim stood inside the vehicle as he drove away. He threatened her while driving and stopped near Romero and Stine Roads where he got out of the vehicle and fled on foot.
He is described as a Hispanic male, 20 years of age, 5’7”, 260 pounds, short black beard, wearing a blue baseball style hat, blue shirt, dark baggy pants and white shoes
