BARSTOW – Three Barstow residents were located living inside stolen vehicles in the 2200 block of Cannae Road on Wednesday morning. A Barstow station deputy made the discovery when he responded to a call for service at the location.
Deputy M. Chacon noticed a black Ford F-250 with Texas license plates, which he ran a record check on. The vehicle plate record check returned as a vehicle stolen out of Riverside County. Several other vehicles were also on the property, most of which were also determined to be stolen.
Robert Arias, 55, and his wife Michelle Seebert, 47, were found living in one of the stolen vehicles, which was a 5th wheel trailer. Daniel Bailon, 35, was also found to be living inside a stolen vehicle on the property. All three were arrested and booked into jail for possession of stolen vehicles. All three are being held in lieu of $50,000 bail and are scheduled to appear at the Victorville Superior Court on Friday afternoon.
Anyone with additional information regarding this incident is urged to contact Deputy M. Chacon of the Barstow Sheriff’s Station. Callers wishing to remain anonymous are urged to call WE-Tip Hotline at 800-78-CRIME (27463), or you may leave information on the WE-Tip Hotline at www.wetip.com
