BARSTOW, Calif. – Barstow Police are asking for the public’s help to locate an at-risk missing man.
Augustus “Gus” Blocksom, 85, of Barstow, was last seen on Monday, July 1, 2019, at around 4:10 p.m. He left the home on the 1500 block of De Anza Street in the CIty of Barstow on foot. Gus was recently diagnosed with Dementia and before he left he said that he was “clocking out of work and going home”. He is 5’10” tall, 217 pounds, has white hair, and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a bright blue shirt, tan shorts and had a red cane.
