A former photographer for a youth swim team in San Mateo County was arrested for the sexual assault of at least three boys.
Randolph Haldeman, 47, who worked at the Ladera Recreation Center was accused of sexually assaulting an 8-year-old boy in 1987. A second victim reported being sexually assaulted by Haldeman in 2015. Handelman was arrested on Thursday, July 25, 2019, at his Menlo Park home. The assaults occurred at his home and at the recreation center, officials said.
Handleman was fired from his employment. He is facing charges of Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child Under 14.
