POMONA, Calif. – A 53-year-old Claremont man was sentenced for molesting two girls Los Angeles District Attorney’s officials said.
The abuse of the 12 and 14-year-old girl happened to the first victim from January 30 to February 29, 2016, and for the other victim, between January 1 and December 30, 2007. David Dean Lonigro had access to the victims due to family connections, officials said. On October 31, 2018, the jury found of three counts of lewd act upon a child and two counts each of oral copulation of a person under 16, and sexual penetration by foreign object.
Lonigro was sentenced on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, to nine years and four months in prison.
