SAN DIEGO — On Monday, November 6, 2017, two men were arrested while attempting to illegally enter the United States.
Border Patrol agents spotted the two at around 9 a.m., around 200 yards north of the U.S./Mexico International boundary, one of the men was found to be a convicted child molester.
Both men were found to be Mexican nationals and neither of the men had documents allowing them to be in the United States. The subject found to be a convicted child molester faces charges for re-entry after deportation and is being held in Federal Custody. The second man is subject to expedited removal and will be returned to Mexico.
