EASTVALE, Calif. – A 47-year-old Corona man was arrested for possessing methamphetamine with the intent to sell early Friday morning.
At around 4:10 p.m. a resident reported a suspicious vehicle near Hunters Run Court and Shadyside Way. Eastvale police arrived within minutes and found a vehicle with a description matching the vehicle reported. Officers stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver, Jose Maciel. Maciel was learned to have a warrant for his arrest for an unrelated carjacking. During a search of the vehicle, officers located methamphetamine and related paraphernalia.
In addition to the warrant, Maciel was arrested for possession of methamphetamine with the intent to sell. Jose Maciel was booked into custody at the Robert Presley Detention Center.
