BARSTOW, Calif. – A 24-year-old Kansas man was found hanging from a tree deceased in Barstow on Thursday.
At around 12:30 a.m., Barstow Police responded to the area of Victor Street and Armory Road, regarding the sighting of a person hanging from the tree. When they arrived they found a 24-year-old Parsons, Kansas man hanging from a rope.
The man was pronounced deceased at the scene at 12:40 a.m. The name of the man has not been made available so that his family can first be notified.
The Barstow Police Department is investigating the incident.
