DESERT HOT SPRINGS, Calif. – A 42-year-old Desert Hot Springs man was arrested after neighbors reported gunshots and a woman screaming.
On Monday, March 25, 2019, at around 9:50 p.m., Palm Springs police officers responded to the 3500 block of Paseo Barbara in Palm Springs. When they arrived they learned that there was a verbal domestic dispute at the location. During the argument, Stuart McRobert retrieved a handgun and fired several times into the air. McRobert fled from the Location and was later found at another location by police.
McRobert was taken into custody without incident. The firearm was recovered from McRobert’s vehicle and he was later booked into the Larry D. Correctional Facility in Banning on the following charge:
