ADELANTO – Authorities are looking for a dark-colored, four-door sedan with damage to the passenger side that was involved in a collision leaving one man dead.
On Friday night shortly after 11:00 p.m. Genaro Garcia Huesca, 42, of Victorville, was walking south on US HWY 395 and Seneca Road. A witness said that she saw the man on the west shoulder near the white fog line on US Highway 395. “The witness saw a dark-colored four-door vehicle traveling south on US Hwy 395,” Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station officials said in a news release. “The vehicle swerved to the left but struck the pedestrian.”
The driver did not remain at the scene and the pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. . Anyone with information is asked to call Deputies K. Riberich or R. Jahn at (760)552-6800
