APPLE VALLEY – A drug-related search warrant led to the arrest of an Apple Valley man on Wednesday evening authorities said.
Authorities believed that drugs were being sold out of the home located at 13277 Lakota Road in the Town of Apple Valley. It was believed that 38-year-old resident Jeffrey McDonald was selling methamphetamine from the home led to the search warrant. When the search was conducted methamphetamine packaged for sales was found in McDonald’s possession, along with cash and two counterfeit $100 bills.
A firearm stolen from from Missouri in 2013, was founded loaded in McDonald’s bedroom along with numerous round of ammunition. McDonald is a previously convicted felon who was released from custody in January this year. McDonald was booked at High Desert Detention Center for multiple felony violations. His bail is set at $50,000 and his next court date is December 15, 2017
