LANCASTER, Calif. – The Lancaster Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s help to locate an at-risk missing person.
Joel Bell Kenn, 58, of Lancaster was last seen on Monday, June 24, 2019, at around 12:30 p.m. on the 44500 block of 15th Street West in Lancaster. He is a White man, he is 5’10” tall, 135 pounds, he has short gray hair, and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, white t-shirt, and blue jeans.
Joel’s loved ones are concerned because he is depressed and they have not seen or heard from him. They are asking for the public’s help to locate him.
