LOMA LINDA – One man was stabbed after two transients got into a fight in the orange groves of Loma Linda Thursday evening.
At around 7:08 p.m. deputies from the Central Station responded to a fight between two local transients who lived together in the orange groves near Business Center Drive and Corporate Drive. Authorities said the two go into an argument. During the argument the suspects, identified as Karrie Alynn Danielson, 25, began damaging the victim’s property with a hatchet. The victim attempted to stop the damage to his property, but Danielson them pulled out a five-inch fixed blade knife.
The knife made contact with the victim’s upper thigh, becoming lodged in it causing a puncture wound. Danielson fled the area, but deputies located her a short time later. The victim was treated for his injury by the Loma Linda Fire Department at the scene. Danielson was booked into the Central Detention Center for assault with a deadly weapon.
