FONTANA, Calif. – A 22-year-old Fontana man was arrested for distributing child pornography over the internet.
As a result of an investigation led by detectives from the Fontana Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force a search warrant was obtained. On January 30, 2019, the search warrant was served at the home of the suspect, identified as Ivan Rodriguez in the 15900 block of Rosemary Drive.
Ivan was located and arrested at his workplace in the City of San Bernardino. Evidence of downloading and distributing child pornography over the internet was located on electronic storage devices in his home. Ivan was booked into the Fontana Police Department and later transported to the WVDC for housing.
