FONTANA – Fontana police need the public’s help to locate a missing 16-year-old girl. On Wednesday, November 9, 2016, Joeleen Lizama’s parents noticed she was missing from their home in South Fontana. They are concerned with the safety of their daughter since she has never run away from home before and they discovered a note stating that she wanted to hurt herself due to recent personal issues.
Joeleen is known to frequent the hills near the Nature Center in South Fontana. Search and Rescue teams searched using bloodhounds attempting to track the missing girl. Joeleen is described as a Hispanic girl, 5’6” tall, 120 pounds, with brown eyes and hair.
