LENWOOD – Authorities served a search warrant in the 35200 block of Cedar Street in Lenwood and located numerous items consistent with the sales of methamphetamine on Friday.
Deputies made contact with five men were on the property who were detained. Methamphetamine, digital scales, and packing materials were all located inside the property. In addition to these items, three loaded handguns were located, one of which was confirmed to be stolen. The other two owners of the guns are yet to be identified. After the evidence was collected, four of the five men at the property were arrested.
Robert Hartland is currently on probation and was arrested for possession of drugs for sales; possession of a controlled substance while armed; felon in a possession of a firearm, felon in possession of ammunition; and possession of stolen property. Brandon Deluca was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. David Chacon was also arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia. Daniel Silva was arrested for resisting arrest.
