FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, NJ. – Four New Jersey people were arrested for operating a child pornography ring in their home where a 7-year-old child lived.
Prosecutors said that four people, including two transgender women, one man, and one woman were arrested following a 5-month long investigation into possible sexual abuse of the 7-year-old. The investigation began when the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency in January 2019, reported that the child was living at the Coburn Lane home in Franklin Township, NJ.
One of the arrested, Marina Voltz, formerly known as Matthew Volz along with roommates were making pornography. On January 28, 2019, a search warrant was executed at the home in question. The child was at the home where the pornography was being operated exposing the small child to sexually explicit matter. Several items were taken as evidence during the search including electronic items like cell phones and computers. The child was removed from the home.
The electronic items were searched and according to the Somerset Prosecutor’s office evidence was found which included sexually explicit photos and videos of the 7-year-old.
Marina E. Volz, formerly known as Matthew L. Voltz, was arrested for 1st degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, 1st-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child (for the manufacturing of child pornography), two counts of 2nd degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, 3rd degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child (for the possession of child pornography).
Ashley D. Romero, formerly known as Adam D. Romero was arrested for 1st degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, 1st-degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child (for the manufacturing of child pornography), two counts of 2nd degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and 3rd degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child (for the possession of child pornography).
Sean F. Allen was arrested for 1st-degree Aggravated Sexual Assault, three counts of 3rd degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child (one count specifically for the possession of child pornography).
Dulcinea Gnecco was arrested for 1st degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child (for the manufacturing of child pornography) and 3rd degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child (for the possession of child pornography).
On Wednesday, May 29, 2019, the four suspects were arrested at their Coburn Lane home without incident. They were transported to the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office for processing and later booked at the Somerset County Jail, pending a detention hearing.
