VICTORVILLE – Are you looking for something fun to do this weekend? How about Bunco fun? Don’t know how to play Bunco? It’s ok, it is simple to learn and you will be taught and are sure to catch on within minutes! Fun, food, and prizes are all part of the High Desert Homeless Services Bunco events. People from all over come out to enjoy the great event that benefits High Desert Homeless Services.
High Desert Homeless Services (HDHS) is a 55-bed Homeless shelter that serves men, women, and children during their time of transition. Job training, job skills, resume assistance, and other resources are all provided to HDHS clients in order to give the clients the best chance of finding employment and permanent housing. All clients are provided with all of their needs during their stay so that they can save for their move into permanent housing.
The Bunco fun will all be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church located at 16138 Molino Drive in the City of Victorville. The cost, which includes food, a drink, door prizes, and tons of Bunco fun. Prizes include $200 cash for the most Buncos, $100 for the most wins, and there are also prizes available for the most losses and twosies. Door prizes and raffles are also available. Tickets can be purchased at High Desert Homeless Services located at 14049 Amargosa Road in the City of Victorville or at the door at Trinity Lutheran Church on the day of the event.
