SANTA ANA, Ca. – A Garden Grove man was charged for beating, bludgeoning and stabbing his mother to death.
Orange County District Attorney’s announced that Jonathan Michael Warner, 28, was charged on Monday, August 12, 2019, with the heinous murder of his mother. He was charged with one felony count of murder. As a result, Warner faces a minimum of 25 years and a maximum of life in prison if convicted.
Vivian Wolff, 62, of Santa Ana was brutally murdered by her son, then left under a comforter in her bedroom. Friends discovered her body on Tuesday, August 6, 2019, after Wolff did not return several calls. Warner was arrested by the Garden Grove Police Department on August 8, 2019.
