GRAND TERRACE – Authorities are seeking the identity and whereabouts of the suspect who robbed the Little Caesars Pizza in Grand Terrace on Sunday.
At around 7:20 p.m. the armed suspect walked into the business located at 12085 Mt. Vernon Avenue and made contact with the cashier. He pointed a silver handgun at her demanding all of the money. The cashier complied, in fear for her life.
The employee stood paralyzed with fear as the suspect, a Hispanic man, reached over the counter to grab the money from the register before fleeing on foot. The suspect fled eastbound on Barton Road. It is believed he was the lone suspect since no others were seen by the employees or witnesses.
The suspect was somewhere between 25-35-years-old, 5’8-6’ tall, and around 180-200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater, sunglasses, tan pants, and gray shoes. He also had a tattoo next to his right eye.
Anyone with information regarding this crime, or the identity of the suspect, is urged to contact Central Station at (909)387-3545. Callers can remain anonymous and contact WeTip at (800)78-CRIME or www.wetip.com
