HESPERIA – A 36-year-old Apple Valley man was arrested after deputies from the Hesperia Station responded to what was reported as a squatter in a commercial building.
On Thursday afternoon after the property manager found that the commercial property had changed locks and appeared to be occupied deputies were dispatched to the 17000 block of Alder Street in Hesperia. When they arrived they made contact with Thomas Delsignore, who was inside the property.
While speaking with Delsignore, deputies recognized evidence of a possible drug lab. Through further investigation deputies located a honey oil lab. Of the items located were around $2000 worth of processed honey oil, a large sum of cash and THC lab equipment County Sheriff’s officials said in the release.
Delsignore was arrested without incident for operating a THC lab. Delsignore is being held at the West Valley Detention Center in lieu of $500,000 bail according to county arrest records.
