HESPERIA – Victor Valley residents often complain about graffiti on block walls, wooden fences and sometimes even on mailboxes.
The City of Hesperia in an attempt to curb and respond to graffiti is now offering an app that is available on Google Play and the Apple Store.
These reports made through the app will go directly to City Staff, who can quickly respond to the report.
