APPLE VALLEY – A Hesperia man was for the continual sexual abuse of minor female officials said.
On July 30, 2018, the victim and her mother went to the Apple Valley Police Station to report the sexual abuse. The victim told Deputy Brandon Clancy that the suspect, Adalberto (Albert) Garza Monge molested her for a period of three years. During the investigation, Deputy Clancy obtained evidence substantiating the victim’s allegations. An arrest warrant for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Minor and Oral Copulation of a Minor was authored. Monge was unable to be immediately located, but on Thursday, August 2, 2018, deputies located him at his Hesperia home in the 14900 block of Mesquite Street.
Monge was interviewed at the Hesperia Police Station and was subsequently arrested. He was booked into the High Desert Detention Center for Lewd And Lascivious Acts with a Child Under 14, Sex Penetration by Force, Oral Copulation with Person Under 16, and Oral Copulation of Person Under 18. He is being held in lieu of $400,000 bail.
