HESPERIA, Calif. – A 62-year-old man was arrested for indecent exposure after he was witnessed bathing himself outside of a Hesperia property.
On Wednesday, July 24, 2019, at around 1:32 p.m., deputies responded to the 19100 block of Danbury Avenue for the report of a man outdoors washing himself with his entire body exposed. A deputy arrived to find John Edmund Fender still at the property with his pants down, not wearing any underwear.
Fender exposed his penis to the reporting party and the deputy. Sheriff’s officials said that it is unclear if he exposed himself in a lewd manner. Fender was subsequently arrested and booked into jail for indecent exposure.
