RIALTO, Ca. – Rialto Police Detectives are conducting a homicide investigation following a shooting on Thursday afternoon.
Police said that they responded to the 2700 block of N. Maple Avenue at around 12:45 p.m. for a call reporting shots fired. When they arrived they found an unresponsive victim suffering from gunshot wounds.
Rialto Fire Department arrived at the scene and pronounced the victim deceased as a result of the injuries. Homicide detective responded to the scene to investigate the murder. The San Bernardino County Deputy Coroner also responded to assist.
