VICTORVILLE, Ca. – A jealous boyfriend was arrested for assaulting a man who was talking with his girlfriend.
On Friday, September 6, 2019, at around 9:20 a.m., police responded to the 15656 La Paz Drive for the report of an assault. When they arrived they learned that Clifford Ray Allen, 51, of Victorville, was upset that the 38-year-old male victim for talking to his girlfriend and hit him in the back with a four-foot-long carpenter’s level.
Allen was booked at the High Desert Detention Center for Assault with a Deadly Weapon. He is being held without bail and was learned to be on probation in Los Angeles County.
