APPLE VALLEY – A 27-year-old Victorville man was arrested for the Sunday evening armed robbery of the Jess Ranch Staples Store. At around 5:32 p.m., the suspect now identified as Joseph Soto, 27, walked into the Staples store located at 19201 Bear Valley Road and selected several items inside the store.
