JURUPA VALLEY, Ca. – A Colton man was shot in killed in Jurupa Valley overnight authorities said.
At around 11:00 p.m., deputies from the Jurupa Valley Station responded to the 5700 block of Kenwood Place to investigate a call reporting a shooting. When they arrived they found Darnell White, 38, of Colton, who was already deceased at the scene. The suspect(s) fled the scene before deputies arrived.
The suspect or suspects have not been identified at this time. Jurupa Valley Station investigators and the Central Homicide Unit assumed the investigation.
