MCFARLAND, Calif. – Kern County Homicide detectives are investigating the discovery of a deceased person found on the roadway on Friday night.
At around 9:30 p.m., a report was made indicating that there was a possible deceased subject on the roadway at Elmo Highway and Driver Road. Deputies arrived at the location and found the subject with ap
parent trauma to the upper body. Fire personnel responded to the scene and determined that the subject was deceased. Homicide detectives responded to the scene and assumed the investigation.
The investigation is active and on-going.
