Lancaster Man With Dementia and Bipolar Disorder Missing Since Early February

LANCASTER, Calif. – Authorities are attempting to locate a missing Lancaster man who was last seen on Wednesday, February 6, 2019.

Michael Wayne Bullock, 66, of Lancaster, who is a White man, was last seen leaving USC Medical Center, located at 2051 Marengo Street in the City of Los Angeles after being discharged. Mr. Bullock suffers from Bipolar Disorder and Dementia.

Mr. Bullock is described as 6’04”, 285lbs., has a bald head, brown eyes, and a gray beard. He was last seen wearing a gray zip-up hoodie and blue jeans.
