LANDERS – A Landers, California couple was arrested for the murder of their 7-year-old son officials said.
On Wednesday, July 25, 2018. Dylan Biscamp, was rushed to the hospital at around 10:30 a.m. with what medical personnel believed was heat stroke. Shortly after arrival, Dylan was pronounced dead. The nature of his death was determined to be suspicious, leading to medical personnel reporting the incident to law enforcement. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Special Investigations Division arrived at the High Desert Medical Center in Yucca Valley to investigate.
Detectives made contact with Dylan’s mother, Misty Warfox, 36, and her husband, Paul Warfox, 42, and conducted an interview. Following the interview, both were arrested for Willful Harm or Injury to a Child Resulting in Death. Authorities have not yet released the exact cause or circumstances surrounding the child’s death. Both were booked into the West Valley Detention Center and are each being held in lieu of $100,000 bail. They are scheduled to appear at the Morongo Superior Court on Monday, July 30, 2018.
