VICTORVILLE, Calif. – A Victorville man was arrested for child abuse and for violation of his Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS), police said.
On Thursday, August 8, 2019, Victorville Police requested assistance from the San Bernardino County Probation Officers with a search warrant at the Rancho Seneca Apartments in the 14700 block of Seneca Road. The search was reference parolee, Rodney Genvoni Griffith, 27, who lives in the apartment home with his girlfriend and her three minor children.
When they searched the found a loaded firearm and ammunition concealed inside the couch within the family’s living area. Being that Griffith is out on Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS), he is prohibited from possessing firearms and ammunition. He was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center for felon in possession of Firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, and child cruelty. He is being held without bail.
