Victorville Home Explodes Cause Unknown

VICTORVILLE, Calif. – A man was arrested for obtaining credit using another person’s identification and using it to purchase from a Victorville store.

Nicholas Damian Davis, 33, of Hacienda Heights, was arrested at his home on June 27, 2019. Detectives from the Victorvile station learned that Davis had made purchases at the Active Mobility Center, located in the 14300 block of 7th Street in the City of Victorville. While doing so, he used a false name, and used an account that was not his. Using that account, he purchased and received over $10,000 worth of merchandise.

On June 27, 2019, detectives conducted a search warrant search at Davis’ home in the 16200 block of Sierra Way in Hacienda Heights. A motorized scooter was found in the home that was believed to be obtained fraudulently.

Davis was arrested and booked at Central Detention Center in San Bernardino for receiving known stolen property and obtaining credit with another’s identification. He is scheduled to appear in Victorville Superior Court on July 1, 2019.
