Menifee Man Arrested for Lewd Conduct in Menifee Town Center

MENIFEE, Ca. – A Menifee man was arrested for Lewd Conduct in a Public Place on Saturday, authorities said. 

At around 11:37 a.m.. deputies from the Menifee station responded to the Menifee Town Center, located at Newport and Haun Road regarding a suspicious person. A reporting party saaid that the Asian man was approaching woman asking them if they would have sex with him. The man was seen walking through the parking lot and looking inside vehicles. Another reporting party said that he attempted to open the door to her vehicle while she was inside of it. 

Vincent Flores, 31, of Menifee, was located by deputies in front of the Kohl’s Department Store. Deputies interviewed the victim and determined a violation occurred. He was booked into the Cois Byrd Detention Center.
