MORENO VALLEY, Ca. – A 54-year-old Moreno Valley man was arrested after following teen girls from their school as they walked home, authorities said.
Shortly after 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 14, 2020, deputies were called to the 14000 block of Briana Street for the report of a suspicious person.
When they arrived they learned that David Klemens followed two 14-year-old girls as they walked home from Badger Springs Middle School. Authorities made contact with Klemens and detained him as he sat in his vehicle at the scene. Deputies learned that two other 14-year-old girls witnessed the suspect in the same vehicle masturbating near the middle school just 30 minutes before following the teens.
Klemens was arrested and booked at the Robert Presley Detention Center. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Investigator Topete at 951-486-6700.
