UPLAND, Ca. – The City of Moreno Valley’s Public Information officer was arrested for downloading and distribution of child pornography over the internet.
On Tuesday, March 9, 2021, a search warrant was served at 680 North 8th Street in the City of Upland. They made contact with Timothy Francis McGillivray, the resident. During the search they seized electronic devices. Evidence was obtained from those devices, which related to the downloading and distributing of child pornography.
McGillvray was arrested for the possession and distribution of child Pornography and was booked at the West Valley Detention Center. He has since been released on bail, according to inmate records.
According to Mcgillivray’s Linkedin he has also worked for several school districts as a Public Information Officer and at one point as a CBS reporter.
