RIVERSIDE – The woman, who according to authorities, casually abandoned her toddler in a Riverside Food-4-Less is behind bars on Tuesday.
On Sunday, the woman, later identified as Chiengkham Vilaysane, 31 of Riverside walked into the Food-4-Less Store located at 4250 Van Buren Boulevard with her t2-year-old daughter. Her daughter wandered off, and when a good samaritan brought her back to her mother, she allegedly said,”Oh, just leave her.” She paid for the items and left the store.
