OAK HILLS, Calif. – A 2-year-old girl was bitten by a rattlesnake as she played outside of an Oak Hills home on Thursday afternoon.
At around 1:00 p.m. dispatchers received a 911 call reporting the injury to the small child. The reporting party said that the child was bitten outside of the home in the 1300 block of Stuveling Street. The girl was airlifted from Oak Hills High School to Loma Linda University Medical Center for treatment.
The toddler was awake, breathing, and fully aware at the time of transport, no other information is available at this time. Information will be made available as it is received.
