ONTARIO, Ca. – An Ontario man was arrested for the possession and distribution of child pornography, some of which portrayed sadism.
Detectives at the Fontana Internet Crimes Against Children learned that 42-year-old Gabriel Martinez, was downloading and distributing child pornography over the internet. On Tuesday, December 3, 2019, a search warrant was served at Martinez’ home in the 1000 block of East E Street in the City of Ontario. Evidence was collected to substantiate authority’s suspicions including several electronic devices.
Martinez was arrested for Possession of Child Pornography, Distribution of Child Pornography, and Possession of Child Pornography that portrayed sexual sadism or sexual masochism. Martinez was booked at West Valley Detention Center.
