OAK HILLS, Calif. – A 19-vehicle crash caused a full closure of the southbound I-15 at Oak Hill Road on Wednesday morning. The multiple-injury traffic collision was reported just before 8:40 a.m. Although most occupants in the vehicles declined medical transport, 35 reportedly are suffering from minor to moderate injuries as a result of the collision.
The investigation into the cause is ongoing, but the weather is believed to be a contributing factor. Motorists should expect delays or take alternate routes if possible. As of 10:50 a.m. the I-15 remains closed. Information will be updated as it is received.
