Police Looking for Suspect who Pepper Sprayed Social Services Worker & Left with Teen
INDIO, Calif. – Indio Police are seeking the whereabouts of Latasha Dove in connection with a parental abduction case.
On Tuesday, January 29, 2019, a 16-year-old female was being released from the Indio Mental Health Care Facility and into the care of Social Services. As the caseworker walked out with the juvenile, Dove approached the two and pepper sprayed the caseworker. The juvenile got into a gold colored 1993 Ford Escort wagon with Dove and fled in an unknown direction. Dove is a black woman, 5’9” tall, 135 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt with a front zipper and grey sweatpants. The license plate to Dove’s vehicle is CA license 7UVU496.
