RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Ca. – A 67-year-old Rancho Cucamonga man was arrested for sexually abusing six girls, ages 5 to 13-years-old.
On Wednesday, February 10, 2021, detectives concluded a 6-month-long investigation into the sexual crimes allegedly committed by Richard Allen Sepe. Through investigation evidence was compiled pertaining to the sexual abuse of on 5-year-old, two 10-year-old, an 11-year-old and two 13-year-old girls.
At the conclusion of the investigation, Sepe was arrested and booked at the West Valley Detention Center for continuous sexual abuse of a minor, under the age 14, oral copulation with minor under 14, lewd or lascivious acts with child and digital penetration. He is being held in lieu of $500,000 bail.
