RIVERSIDE – The suspect in a Tuesday evening stabbing remains at large and authorities are asking the public’s help to identify him. At around 5:00 p.m. the suspect pictured was involved in a verbal altercation with the victim outside of the Carl’s Jr., located in the 3300 block of La Sierra Avenue in the City of Riverside.
The argument escalated when the suspect pulled out a knife and stabbed the victim multiple times before fleeing on his mountain bike. He was last seen heading south on La Sierra Avenue. The victim went inside the restaurant for help. Emergency medical personnel arrived as well as Riverside Police. The victim was transported to the hospital and is in stable condition.
The suspect is described as a White man in his late 30’s to mid-40’s. He was also described as being 5’10” tall, 180-200 pounds, with dark-colored hair. He was wearing a plaid short sleeve button-up shirt with white and red striping, beige cargo shorts, white socks, and white shoes. He also was wearing a beige hat and black sunglasses.
